These plants then filter the water for the fish, creating a balanced, chemical-free cycle. With gravity-powered filtration and weekly water testing using our in-house photo spectrometer, we ensure top-notch water quality to keep our fish, bacteria, and plants healthy, delivering the freshest, most flavorful produce to you and our community.
We pour our care into every part of our aquaponic system to bring exceptional vegetables to your table. Our fish flourish in carefully managed, uncrowded environments with ideal water flow and density, free from the heavy metals and pharmaceuticals often found in wild-caught or conventionally farmed fish. We even breed our own nitrifying bacteria to ensure a high-quality nutrient cycle, converting fish waste into nitrites and then nitrates for our plants. Grown under Florida’s warm sunlight, our plants soak up abundant water, nutrients, oxygen, and carbon dioxide, letting us grow vibrant, diverse produce varieties that go beyond what’s typical in our area, all for you to enjoy.
